I came here to just say, if you're reading these reviews look at when the 1-3 star reviews where done. Pretty much during all the COVID insanity and when everyone taxes were late because the way things were at the time. If you notice the 4-5 star reviews, those people's reviews have been using Parkway for several years. Take that into account before deciding on not using these ladies. That being said.... My husband and I have used Parkway taxes for almost 10 years now and we have always been satisfied with the ladies that work there. In response to the above or below comments from Nikki Jones and Jannique Jones who are both the same person~~ This lady didn’t tell me that she had moved or changed her bank until after she didn’t get her refund. I have never and would not ever use my own bank info for any bodies return. We go above and beyond to help our clients as to the best of our ability per the info that the clients give us. If you move or change banks please let us know up front. We always ask if your info is the same as last year. God Bless and we appreciate your business,

I’ve used them for so many years. Great people to work with and they go above and beyond to help you out with your needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else nor trust anyone else with my taxes. I highly recommend them!!!!
