I had met Kolbe earlier for a small problem we had with another unit. He was so polite and thorough. I was impressed with his work ethic that day. Then when he and his associate returned yesterday and today to bring in a new unit, I was so very happy. I knew we were in good hands, Kolbe and Johnson gave 110% to our job. If we ever have any more problems with our HVAC, I will request these two young men!

MPE Services had my unit back up and running in no time! Shout out to Nate Kaldem for his service in identifying and quickly resolving the problem. I hear that Wilburn guy is pretty cool also.

Extremely well. Totally 10 STAR RATING IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. HE CALLED US AHEAD OF TIME TO LET US KNOW HIS ARRIVAL TIME AND CONTINUED TO COMMUNICATE WITH US FOR IDENTIFYING THE LEAK AND FIXING IT EVEN AFTER SUNDOWN IN THE DARK. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK THE TIME TO ASSIST OUR FAMILY NEEDS. WE LOVE MPE SHOALS FOR ALL THE PLUMBING NEEDS. WE HIGH RECOMMEND THE COMPANY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS FOR THE EMERGY PLUMBING ISSUES OR EVEN THROUGH THE REMODEL PROJECT AS WE HAVE GOING ON.
