I have a membership and usually have great service there. The employees are always friendly. One employee that was exceptional was James! However I have noticed a decline in the employees that are at the entrance to the car wash. They’re always on their phones and very distracted. The parking lot is in desperate need to be cleaned. It’s counterproductive to clean the inside of your car and then be stepping in spilled ketchup and trash and messes all around the parking lot. Also the floor mat cleaning machine is a great thing but I wish there was two of them like there use to be. The one there now is in bad shape. You guys went up $5 this month on your membership fee but I see no improvements. If anything things have declined over the past 6 months or so.
