If you want quality and quick service in north alabama, call JC Hamm and Sons. I called and they said they were a little backed up but they would be out within 2 days. 36 hours later the technician is calling ready to fix my unit. He arrives and within an hour he finds the problem and fixes it within another hour. My heat is now working great and it was a cheap fix. Thanks to technician Dallas and JC Hamm and sons for the quick and reliable service. I will definitely be calling you for future hvac problems.
JC Hamm and Sons are the absolute BEST! Our old downstairs central unit went out right before the polar vortex in January, 2025. They immediately came out and installed a new unit, finishing everything in one day before the freezing weather arrived. The technicians were incredibly nice and even re-used a working part taken from the old downstairs unit to improve the function of the aging upstairs central unit without any charge! In June, 2025, we decided to replace the failing upstairs central unit and had the same wonderful experience.
