Went there a year ago and it was an okay experience. The doc was good. The people on the floor are salespeople. They want to sell you every bell and whistle you can add to glasses. They added progressives to my glasses script when all I wanted were computer/reading glasses. A bit of a miss. A big selection of frames, which was nice. Here we are a year later, I tried to make an appointment, I left a detailed message a week ago and no call back. I called again this week and briefly spoke with someone, and she put me on hold for a good 10-15 minutes, and I finally gave up. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and haven't had any issues until my most recent visit. The young (hispanic) woman that brought me back was rude and acted as though she hated her job. I could tell Dr.Thigpen was in a hurry. I didn't get to address my concerns at all. I will also note that their prices are higher than average. Im not sure if I will be back.
