I worked out with Tami for over a year, and the results speak for themselves. I lost 17 lbs and gained beautiful, lean muscles. My first training session she asked me what my fitness goals were, and talked me through what we would be doing to achieve it, inside and outside the gym! I've been training with Tami for two months, and the positive changes in my mood and continued weight loss have been incredible. Tami challenges me without harming me… I noted body composition improvement in 2 weeks. She is extremely accommodating in her scheduling- which makes all of this possible. The environment is clean, cooled, and has a convenient location and parking. And most Important of all- Tami is a pleasure to be around. I look forward to being there!
