I absolutely love having Tami as my personal trainer! Her gym is smaller but loaded with equipment so that workouts are always different. My husband and I were very nervous to start and she made it a wonderful experience! I like the fact that the sessions are private. Tami makes strength training fun! Definitely 5 stars!
Can’t recommend Tami enough!!! I’m a workout beginner and she never makes me feel self conscious. She does private one-on-one training customized to what you need. She has created a comfortable inviting gym full of encouragement. With Tami, not only do you get a trainer, but you also get a friend.
Tammy is a wonderful trainer! Not only does she push me to do better during work outs but she checks up on me, by asking are you eating right , are you walking? I’m finally losing weight and seeing results!!!
