Captain Cool always provides me with superb customer service! Their technician A.J. did an exceptional job today. He was friendly and personable, he patiently answered all of my questions, and he took care of things with skill and precision. I recommend Captain Cool most highly!
Called Captain Cool & they came to my rescue when my Air Conditioner went out on the same day! My technician Nas was absolutely wonderful & was able to diagnose the issue the right away! Within an hour he had the house cooling down & we all slept comfortably last night! I was so impressed with Nas I decided to join the Cool Club! Thank you Nas!!! Kristie Smith
Zachary is a top notched tech in my opinion. Talked me through everything he did and did not try to sale me stuff/service I didn't need. He replaced a breaker at my request.
