Lauren’s dumb bell and band strength class is absolutely wonderful! Her music was fun, motivational, and up beat. She gives fantastic cues and great personalization/modifications to stay safe. She’s kind and funny and the 45 min class went by so fast. I felt strong and encouraged. I live in CO and I’m a bit of a gym snob. I absolutely loved her class. The gym is cool and has a lot to offer. If I lived in this area, I would be a member of fit fairhope. The only suggestion I would make is better signage. We love FIT Fairhope! The wide array of workouts offered are very easy to work with any schedule and bonus points that they offer various childcare hours so even during no-school days I can still manage to get a workout in!
