I had a home inspector find leaks, mold and mildew in an abandoned house. I called Melissa at DRYmedic and she came out with a co worker and found major , major issues . She put together very detailed expense list of total cost for remediation of house and cost for rebuilding house. She came to court and testified to all damage and what it would cost to rebuild house. Very professional and thorough.
