I can't say enough good things about McNeill and the team. Over the past 10 years, I have used them once for a house in Baldwin County and twice in North Alabama. My North Alabama realtors always recommend using a local mortgage company but I refuse and still use Bay Mortgage because the customer service is top notch. I needed a pre-approval letter on a Saturday for an offer and McNeill got it to me. If you have questions, they have answers. I went through coaing during the government shutdown in Oct 2025 and Bay Mortgage walked me through all my questions. Just the best team.
