They were very kind, caring, and patient with me knowing I have a terrible fear of dentists. The dentist and hygienist were very informative and knowledgeably answered all of my questions in terms I could understand as my background is not in dentistry. They took their time and I did not feel rushed through like they were trying to hurry to the next part of their day. The office staff were very welcoming and kind as well. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone- especially anyone that is uncomfortable with the idea of being in a dentist’s office.
There is always a bit of intrepidation when a new health professional whom you are visiting enters your experience. I was quickly put at ease with Terry, the dental hygienist that worked with me. So friendly! Terry explained everything that was going to happen, and was very personable and upbeat. A very nice experience that actually makes me look forward to my next visit!
I made a semi-emergent appointment. I got an appointment pretty quickly. From the front desk, to the dental assistant and the dentist, they're super sweet, empathetic and very professional. I'm looking forward to being a regular patient! Thank You So Much!
