A few weeks ago, my dryer stopped heating all of a sudden. My son-in-law replaced the foil duct, and checked fuses...but it still didn't work. I got on Google and started comparing reviews at different companies. I saw several great reviews about a guy named Hunter. I decided to give him a call. Hunter had the sweetest spirit, and was very professional. He set the appointment for Wednesday, December 22nd. Hunter called on Tuesday and told me that there was a mistake made and that the company would be closed on Wednesday. He decided that he was going to make the hour plus drive to Dothan anyway and fix my dryer. Hunter called on Wednesday to tell me that he was 50 minutes away. When he arrived, he started working on the dryer. Hunter called my name after about 20 minutes and told me that I was good to go! He had my dryer heating better than it did when I bought it!! I was super excited! I asked Hunter how much did I owe him. He told me, "You don't owe me anything. Merry Christmas!" I asked him if he was serious. He said yes. I gave Hunter the biggest hug!! He was one of the most considerate professionals that I have ever met in my life...such a sweet spirit. I know of companies that try to take as much money as they can from their customers. Not Hunter!! He was such a blessing!! Do not hesitate to call him for any repairs that you need. ALL AMERICAN WASHER AND DRYER REPAIR...THEY GET 100 STARS FROM ME!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!Keisha Johnson

Mr. Will knows his stuff and is a pleasure to be around. He was at our house to fix our washer in less than 20 minutes. He is very thorough and makes sure everything is like it is supposed to be. Superior customer service. Mr. Will did not cut any corners and went above and beyond with my repairs. Very professional and trustworthy. Don’t waste your money on other companies. Call All American first! ??Update 9/18/21My dryer went out today. I called All American and if there is a world record on how fast they showed up and fixed my dryer, they would be in the Guinness Book! The technician literally showed up in less than 10 minutes and had me repaired in 15 minutes. (Apparently there was a tech in the area) The rate was very reasonable.Thank you All American!
