Same day service for maintenance covered under service agreement. Technician was courteous and professional. Technician spent about 30 minutes cleaning clogged HVAC drain line - which was causing intermittent AC operation. Learned that semi-annual service on my HVAC drain line is not adequate for my system.

I have used Woodall since buying this house in 2018. I've never had an issue that wasn't handled in a timely manor. Replaced coil today, the installer was on top of his game. Im now sitting in a cool house enjoying a movie. We'll done and thank you.
