Kiwi helped me fix my boots and sold me a very high quality set of insoles for a great price.
He even took the time to custom size them and shape them into the correct fit for my boots.
It was a fantastic customer experience.
He also has some amazing machines that are incredible to see.

I just called this guy to ask about working on a leather bag of mine. He was so rude on the phone. I don’t know if he has a chip on his shoulder or what, but he answered the phone in the most impatient tone of voice and was not helpful about my questions. I asked for his hours of operation so I would know when to bring him the purse and he said “All this is where you found my number” As if it was a problem to talk to me on the phone. If you can’t even be polite on the phone, how can you expect me to want to come into your store? I will drive to Dothan to avoid giving him my business.

I brought a pair of cheap double H work boots to him because the stitching across the top was coming apart. After waiting 4 or 5 days, I am extremely happy with the results and the customer service I received. I will be going back for more work in the future.

I JUST called with a very abrupt “Hello?!” Like it was an inconvenience. He didn’t even start with the name of the company.I had to ask, “Is this the shoe shop? I was just calling to get a quote on the repair.”He rudely responded, “It’d be about 20 bucks, but I can’t really tell ya unless I have it in front of me.”WOW DOUCHE! Just disconnect your phone line and advertise “IN STORE HELP ONLY AVAILABLE”Go to Perfect Touch on Hartford Highway. They cobbled my favorite boots PERFECTLY!
