Chilly did a cover up for me. I absolutely love it. Other artists told me to do laser removal. Chilly did his work through pictures and us talking. I'm very happy and would absolutely recommend the Man Chilly. I will be getting more work from him and I highly recommend everyone does. Thank you Chilly so much!
