Kim Girtman was my loan specialist and I am so very grateful she was. She was not pushy at all! She helped me get through the process very quickly and efficiently. I had my loan within 24 hours. She helped me pick out the plan that was best for me without over extending myself. I had a great experience and would recommend her to anyone looking to get a loan at One Main Financial.
Kim Girtman was AWESOME she explained everything in terms that anyone could understand and answered any questions that I had. She was caring and considerate and treated me more that just a sale. She definitely made the dreaded loan borrowing process quiet pleasant. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is needing a loan.
Took mom here today. She was interested in doing a debt consolidation loan. Mrs. Heather was polite, professional and extremely patient explaining the terms and conditions to her multiple times to make sure she had a clear understanding of the terms and conditions. Also she went above and beyond her duties in order to close the loan. Highly recommend One Main Financial. Thank you Mrs.Heather for being patient with Mom today !!
