We are so happy with the service we get from Smith’s Heating and Cooling. They come when they say they will, their service is excellent, their employees are friendly and their prices are good. I recommend them to all my friends!
We were having problems with one of our HVAC units again so we decided to change HVAC service providers. We called Kenny Smith at Smith’s Heating & Cooling. He was able to come out the same day we called. He assessed our unit & gave us options to solve our reoccurring issues. Kenny is very friendly & we felt comfortable with him from our initial meeting. We were able to get all our questions answered & he walked us through the entire process including financing a new unit. After he installed the unit, he even registered our unit for us. Kenny was very prompt, polite quick with the repair of my problem AC unit. He also diagnosed the 2nd unit that was not the issue and found a failing capacitor that would have killed my AC in the near future. 2 birds with 1 stone ! Highly recommend Smith Heating and Cooling!
