I definitely will not return.

1-I dropped my shirt off because I wanted to get a little speck of dirt off of the collar.

When I picked up the shirt, it still had the same dirt on the collar

2-It defeats the purpose of dry cleaning my clothes if the person handling them smokes. I pulled up to the store and the attendant is sitting outside smoking. I unfortunately followed behind her and her leftover smoke got on me and additionally she handed me my clothes before washing her hands, leaving the smoke smell on my dry cleaning plastic clothing covers. That is 100% GROSS!

That was the first and last time I will use this dry cleaners.

Can you please update the village dry cleaners in Dothan, Alabama on Google Maps and Waze. There are 3 lotations but it only shows up the ONE LOCATION all the way on the other side of town!! We just moved here and I drove almost 2 hours trying to find the correct location. So aggrivating and the pick up ticket only shows the address all the way across town. It litteraly takes 15 seconds to go on Google maps & Waze and update it. I was a manager and did it multiple times. Yall are a really good dry cleaner and we have used yall several times. i picked up over 11 items this week but I can not afford to use a tank of gas trying to find the correct location. Your employers are amazing but this IS UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!Please do better!!
