I brought in my own stereo today and had them install it for me. I wanted to make sure it was done right, so I went to The Sound Shop. It took him about an hour to install it, he did it while I waited. It works great and looks great. I’m going back soon to have a backup camera installed. The Sound Shop has been the best place for car audio for as long as I can remember, and I’m glad to give them my business.
Called up there to verify a purchase I made was right. I didn’t buy it from them, but they still walked me through it and made sure I had the right parts. I’d highly recommend them. They’re very nice and professional!
Dropped my truck off when they opened at 9:00 to replace the radio, it was done before 10:30. There was an issue with a feature of the radio so I took it back the same afternoon and they figured out it was an issue with that radio, they replaced it with a new radio and replaced the cords and it works like it’s supposed to now. Great customer service, would recommend.
