I called them on the phone the other day about a back up camera and radio install. They were upfront about not being able to install the camera on a Friday’s with the shorter workday.
And they can install a radio I buy from a different place I’ll update this review when I go around the end of July 2026 to get them both installed. Customer service was fast and honest. So far so good and better than talking to the guy down the road.
Just got the radio LCD SCREEN replaced on the radio of my 2018 Ram truck. I am so very happy with the work performed by Daniel. I will definitely return for more work I want done. Thanks guys.
I brought in my own stereo today and had them install it for me. I wanted to make sure it was done right, so I went to The Sound Shop. It took him about an hour to install it, he did it while I waited. It works great and looks great. I’m going back soon to have a backup camera installed. The Sound Shop has been the best place for car audio for as long as I can remember, and I’m glad to give them my business.
