I had a fantastic experience with this company! The owner is knowledgeable when it comes to insurance, considerate of the customer and so helpful! If you need any carpet restoration work done, don't look any further than this company. I'll be recommending this company for years to come.
We called Performance to come out and clean a used couch we bought. The appointment was set for 8 a.m. and Chris our technician showed up right on time and was extremely efficient and courteous. He let our 5 year old help vacuum the ottoman. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and results of the cleaning!
