Came here to say, if you've never had a professional massage, go get one when you have the extra money. Buy one for yourself, gift them to a loved one. Your first one at massage envy is $60 for an hour, and after that it's full price unless you get a membership (which I did). I usually schedule my appointments on the massage envy app. I highly recommend Abby at the Dothan location. She always makes me feel very comfortable, she is super personable and checks in with you throughout the massage to be sure the pressure is right for you. I had Robert had my massage therapist and I've been getting massages for years now and it was by far the greatest massage I've ever had in my entire life. Massage Envy is the best.

My husband and I got a couples massage. The front desk and our therapists were both very kind and friendly, however I wish they did a better job at matching us with therapists. When I made the appointment I made sure to request more light pressure as we just wanted to relax and we both somehow got deep therapists who told us once we were in the room. It didn’t feel like a massage I ever had before, they were doing pressure points the whole time and it just wasn’t worth the trip. Overall I like Massage Envy but this trip was a flop
