At this time of year, all appliance repair services are backed up. I know this from being an insurance adjuster. So, I did not mind it took a couple of days to come and look at my GE Dishwasher which was acting up after a series of thunderstorms in our area. Scott called before coming. He arrived, dressed neat and clean, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was unable to get the supplier on the phone, so he drove to the supplier and returned a short time later with the solenoid which was damaged and not operating properly.
