A tragedy struck our neighborhood today and my elderly neighbor witnessed it. She said she called the therapy office to tell them she wasn’t going to make it and was distraught on the phone. One of the employees left work and came to sit with her until her son could get there. That is probably the kindest thing I’ve ever witnessed. Please tell whoever she was how thankful we neighbors and her family are. It’s heartwarming to know that good people still exist. Enterprise truly never ceases to amaze me.
Every person I’ve worked with here from the front desk to therapists have been very nice and patient with my questions. I feel heard and cared for. It’s always a pleasure to come to physical therapy here.
This is the friendliest Physical Therapy I've ever been too. Very professionally operated with the patient's needs first. I've been going prior to knee replacement surgery and after and have no complaints whatsoever. The entire staff with their pics and credentials are one the waiting room wall. Very professional and I would highly recommend.
