The experience dealing with Dr. Q staff has been horrible. They claimed to have left voicemail but my voicemail isn't even setup. I have been calling daily for almost a month to find out my results. The person on the other end claimed to have called two different dates but it shows that I called them. This is highly unprofessional. Then I find out it's a phone appointment that they could have easily put on the patient portal.
Dothan Behavioral Medical Clinic has a fabulous nurse! Lynn is dedicated and professional. She stayed late to make sure that the prescription issue was solved. I had a follow-up question a few days later, and she was more than happy to help. Thank you for employing such a kind and compassionate individual.
I have called 4 times yesterday and 3 today about approving medication and they are the worst communicators I've ever seen.
