Covid brought many unexpected hurdles including an extremely drawn out permitting process, long waits on material & I'm sure much more on Jubilee's end. While these issues were unavoidable, Jubilee did a great job rolling with the punches & kept us informed every step of the way. Bumps in the road are inevitable with construction projects but I do feel that Jubilee handled everything as best as possible. We are very happy with our home & would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, well-built house.“
