Our AC unit went out. We called Woodall’s and someone was here right away. We needed a new unit and they scheduled our install for the next morning. We were very impressed to receive a notification with a picture of the technician when he was on the way. Heath and his crew were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We arrived home late in the evening to an inside temperature or 91 degrees. Austin arrived in less than 30 minutes after the call was made and diagnosed and repaired the unit in less than 40 minutes! He was so kind and knowledgeable
