These ladies really came through for me. I was left stranded by another braider (not associated with Bai) that literally stop services half way through because of some personal issues. I showed up at this shop understandably upset and was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They finished my hair for me and I am more than thankful for them.

Transparent Review: I came in 3 hours before closing and I asked for mini micros(12hour braid) they not only accepted me but worked hard on my hair and Mrs.Fatima suggested the hair color and when I say I love it !I love it they had 2 wonderful raiders on my hair! From the customer service to the quality of service 10/10! Let's not forget I have 2inches of hair

Today I stopped in and spoke with the owner Fatima. She was so helpful because of her professionalism. She really made my day pleasant due to the fact I had left another braiding salon which was very unprofessional..Thank you Fatima ?
