I called around 8am and by lunch they were here. Very professional, knew exactly what was wrong with my heater (it was blowing cold air). I am so appreciative for the fast and reliable service. I don't think it has ever worked this well. Thank you Alpha. I am definitely telling friends and family about this company.
Family owned business- The owner and all the employees work incredibly hard — often out in the heat, working long hours just to make sure their customers are taken care of.

Alpha heating and cooling came out and fixed our issue with the A/C right away. I'm most impressed with how nice he was. Most service techs these days are so darn rude, but not from this company. 5 stars for sure!!
