The entire Alpha team, including the owner and all employees, works incredibly hard and is professional, kind, and clearly dedicated to doing the job right. Customers appreciate the fast and reliable service, with one noting a call around 8am and service by lunch. The technicians are very professional, knew exactly what was wrong with the heater or A/C, and fixed the issue right away. Customers are impressed with how nice the staff is, as most service techs are rude, but not from this company. The end result was fantastic, and the team took their time and did it right. Alpha offers the best value and support, working with honesty and commitment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a company that truly puts their customers first.
I cannot say enough about the importance of trust when it comes to choosing an HVAC company, especially in this economy when every dollar matters. I had two other well-known, supposedly reputable companies look at my AC, and both told me that I needed to replace the unit. That is a huge expense, and thankfully, something just didn't sit right with me. A friend strongly recommended that I have Jason Sizemore, owner of Alpha Heating & Cooling, take a look before agreeing to a replacement. I'm so glad I listened. Thank you for taking care of us! I know its hot, but your team took care of us just in time! Im glad it was an easy bill as I was so worried too. $150 for a weekend visit was well worth it!
I called around 8am and by lunch they were here. Very professional, knew exactly what was wrong with my heater (it was blowing cold air). I am so appreciative for the fast and reliable service. I don't think it has ever worked this well. Thank you Alpha. I am definitely telling friends and family about this company.
