Outstanding customer service. Originally ordered from a 1-800 company that cancelled my order. Called Abby Oates on Christmas Eve - they were actually already closed - & they created an arrangement AND delivered by that evening. Made my holidays extra special. I will continue to deal with this florist direct and NOT use these 1-800 companies. Thank you!

Beautiful flower arrangement. Staff was very helpful in making a custom order. Had seen a few negative reviews but I was highly impressed with the products and detail orientation. Wil defenitly use again.

They saved the day!! I had originally ordered a flower arrangement for my parents 50th wedding anniversary from one of those nationwide sites and even though I ordered it 3 days in advance it was cancelled the morning of the delivery day. That left me almost no time to try to scramble and get flowers delivered (I live in AZ and could not deliver them myself). I called Abby Oates an hour before they closed on a Saturday to see if there was any way they could help me and they were so helpful! They took my order and had it delivered within a few hours (and my mom loved the flowers they chose). I am so thankful for their kindness and professionalism.
