I had an issue with my contacts being shipped to me. Apparently the USPS in Kentucky that they use to ship the orders had an explosion. Many of the orders were lost or never shipped. Renita and Christalyn at my local Walmart vision center went above and beyond to solve this problem for me!! I was freaking out and they took all of my anxiety away.
The new eye doctor here has been our family eye doctor for years at his private practice, and has always done a wonderful job - friendly and knowledgeable. Just had my first appointment with him at Walmart and plan to continue.
I went in for a contact exam and got glasses, contacts, and an exam for less than I could get a pair of glasses at most other places. They also have a nice selection of sunglasses! And the doctor is so sweet. Got in and out quickly with friendly service. I will be back!
