Chris was very knowledge, professional and personable which was all good!!!!!
The only thing that had me concerned is when I call the office and spoke with the lady on the phone, she was very nice, but told me the technician would call me in 15 minutes. I got a call from Chris in a couple of hours, he did say they were backed up and apologized, but overall things went well. Maybe contacted the technician before passing on information could mitigate this in the future.
Lucas Barnett arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem and fixed it without issue. He was polite and professional. Lucas is a respectful young man that is knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. Thank you Lucas. I appreciate you.
Valley Heating and Cooling is great. My air stopped working today and Zander did a great job finding the problem and got it fixed in less than an hour. He is a great employee!! Thank you so much!!
