Rebecca, along with Patti, was a key player when Patti's team helped me sell my house in the summer of 2020. She was extremely helpful in all aspects of the process. She was kind, considerate, competent and thorough. She answered many questions before I even asked them! Her follow through and follow up were exceptional. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Patti Lambert!We live out of state. Patti handled everything for us including getting estimates and the repairs done. In our first call, she outlined how she felt our house should be marketed and what exactly she would do for us. She was always easy to reach by phone, email or text. We were given a report each time our house was shown and told what the potential buyer had thought about the house. We had several offers.Patti sent them to us and then discussed them with us over the phone and helped us pick the best possible buyer. We could not have asked for a smoother experience.
