After the nurse supervisor didn't call or show up for a scheduled visit, I called and reported it. Instead of being professional about the situation, I was asked if I have ever made mistakes. I was asked why I waited until an hour past the appointment time to call. Why didn't I call when she was 5 or 15 minutes late. What if she had been in an accident, etc. I didn't know it was my job to keep up with their employees. I left my house to run necessary errands that couldn't wait. No call and no show? Absolutely unacceptable!!

I worked for them for a few months I enjoyed the time with the clients never any payroll issues but when medicaid cut there funding we were all out of work they did help get a job with a different agency

Worked with this company for about a month and they terminated me because I had an family emergency and the client daughter got upset because she wanted to go to the daughter graduation and had no one to look after her mom. Company never paid me for my hours of work prior to termination

This is the utmost worst place I've ever dealt with. You can't get the Supervisor, Jennifer to anwser, if she does , she has a nasty attitude. The last worker they sent me stole from me, the 3 prior to this I couldn't get them to stay off their phone. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Start working with my 80 yr old mom last of June 2020. Getting anyone out has been a nightmare. Someone suppose to come 1 day a week for 3 hours to help my mom clean. One time went 3 weeks with no cleaning and no visit. Some times no call to say no one coming. Someone came for 2 weeks in a row.. Now we are start another 4 weeks with no visit. Some No call just no show. So total of about 7- 8 weeks with no visit. Only been using for a little over 2 months with already 7-8 missed visits. This has been very disappointing. I work and needed help with my mom. Now more stressful since never know if anyone will be out or not.

I worked for this place one day as an LPN and they are a joke. I got no orientation of any kind. I never met any of the people in person. I went from talking to two people on the phone to being put on a case with a vent patient and when I tried to ask questions I was told the plan of care was there at the house and to read that. They knew ahead of time that I had very little experience with Trach patients. I also had no idea about what paperwork I was suppose to fill out. Luckily I'm the kind of person who looks for answers before asking questions so I did find the paperwork. This one day was almost a month ago and I still have not gotten paid for it. Oh and they do not do direct deposit either. They mail checks. I would never recommend this job to anyone.

We have been using home health several years & Sunbridge definitely gets a 5. The owners are superb & nurses are good. The Mgmt is fair & honest. In addition to them accommodating our concerns, I’ve also witnessed them helping their nurses to accommodate their issues. Nurses say they will never leave. I have used the other companies & went weeks & months without a nurse. The Mgmt was dishonest & unfair. Our situation is complex & requires a lot of care that we can’t do alone. Sunbridge is the BEST!
