I worked on the fab shop side. It's an ok place to work while you're looking for a better job but I wouldn't recommend trying to have a future long term there. It has potential but they haven't modernized with the times (little to no online/social media presence for hiring, marketing, etc.) so it's ran like a mom and pop shop including paper checks, no direct deposit, and they struggle to keep the doors open instead of thriving so you're constantly wondering if you'll have a job next week.
