We have been using Lawn Doctor for +- 14 years. They have unfailingly delivered high levels of service. I pay them (a reasonable price) once a year and never have to think about it again. Tyler is our regular technician, and, let me tell you, he is a professional! He always texts the day before to let us know he’s coming, and again on his way to the house to remind us to keep the dogs in. He always closes the fence gates behind him, too. We are completely satisfied customers.

At first the service was good. But this year the service was at a low level. After their service the weeds did not stop growing, the grass lost its appearance, there were more yellow spots.

Have used this service for several years. The last 3 years, service and my lawn have definitely declined. I started with a lush green beautiful lawn. Now I have multiple bare and brown patches. Twice recently tech scheduled appointment and was a No Show.

This is currently the state of my grass after 1.5 years with Lawn Doctor. They were supposed to come do a soil test a few months ago to see why it's dying on their watch but no one followed up on that
