We had Higdon out twice over the past two weeks for a variety of plumbing issues as we move into and settle into a new home to us. They've been excellent which led us to sign on for an annual service contract for them to care for our HVAC system. They did first rate work, used quality products, provided clear, transparent pricing in advance and communicated very well. The crews on site were courteous, on-time, professional and patient with our questions. Very comfortable and confident with this company based on our experiences so far.

Our heat went out on an afternoon that it was in the twenties. They put us on the emergency list and showed up within a few hours and promptly got the heat fixed. We were so thankful they worked after hours to help us out.

Our A/C unit wouldn't cool and Sean Mc Guire diagnosed the problem. Sean was very detailed in explaining every detail of the problem and how he would address the problem. He even left a small AC for us to use to keep our home cool till the parts arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable of our AC and very professional. He represented Higdon very well.
