We had Higdon out twice over the past two weeks for a variety of plumbing issues as we move into and settle into a new home to us. They've been excellent which led us to sign on for an annual service contract for them to care for our HVAC system. They did first rate work, used quality products, provided clear, transparent pricing in advance and communicated very well. The crews on site were courteous, on-time, professional and patient with our questions. Very comfortable and confident with this company based on our experiences so far.
