Always great customer service from Environmental Comfort Systems! I have been a customer for almost 30 years!
However, the last two preventative maintenance service calls were with two different technicians. I was used to the same technician each year and really appreciated the comfort of knowing him (Bryan). Also, the ease of not having to show the technician (s) where every thing was a time saver.
Most importantly, I do not like having multiple new people in my home. It is my issue with comfort and safety. I would greatly appreciate having the same technician each time. (I will say the "Spring" PM technician this year was not very customer friendly and... read full review

Have used ECS for at least twenty years. They now do my twice a year maintenance check. Dewey and Jonah were here last week and as always fast ,courteous, efficient service. 08/29/24 Had to have new system installed and ECS was here working hard on the hottest day of the year. Great company. Shout out to Dewey and Ruby.

They came out just as they said they would be here. Told us exactly what was needed and fixed the problem with our unit. Gavin D. & Tyler were awesome!! They explained everything to us where we could understand it. Very professional and respectful. We highly recommend them and this company for any service work!!
