Always great customer service from Environmental Comfort Systems! I have been a customer for almost 30 years! However, the last two preventative maintenance service calls were with two different technicians. I was used to the same technician each year and really appreciated the comfort of knowing him (Bryan). Also, the ease of not having to show the technician (s) where every thing was a time saver. Most importantly, I do not like having multiple new people in my home. It is my issue with comfort and safety. I would greatly appreciate having the same technician each time. (I will say the "Spring" PM technician this year was not very customer friendly and I would prefer not to have him back. Having expressed my opinion, I must say the young man, "Kyler" who was in training was very friendly and customer service was excellent. I did not interact with Gavin other than to say hello (he did outside work). Again, I am very satisfied with Environmental Comfort and would highly recommend them!
