Deep South Construction replaced a load bearing wall with a LVL Beam (3 ply 20" deep) and a smaller load bearing wall with a 2 ply 9 1/4" deep LVL. Their crew definitely knew what they were doing. I was very impressed and would recommend Deep South for your construction needs.

It first started with excellent care in the office with Brandy and Brady answering the phones answering questions and getting me in contact with their inspector Jamie who came out quickly and was very thorough and very honest with his assessment of what needed to be done. I found their pricing to be reasonable. The crew did their job well with respect to my property and cleaned up after they were done. Always kept me informed of what was going to take place when, who, where and how they were doing the job. Super helpful friendly always on time. At a honest and fair price. I would highly recommend them.

The young men had an awful task. Our crawl space is very limited especially in some areas. My Mom explains that she and my Dad dug out the crawl space by hand after they purchased the home in 1959. So needless to say, they had a difficult job to complete. They did the job as best they could with what they had to work with. They completely cleaned out and hauled off what was under there, unbelievable what they removed. They installed the supports and incapsulated the the best they were able to, considering the work space.
