Decatur Morgan Home Health evaluated and provided therapy for my Dad after he had a stroke. All of the staff has been so kind and courteous. They are very knowledgeable about the therapy needed to progress. My Dad has regained use of a weakened hand and leg. I believe this can be attributed greatly to the excellent care he received from Decatur Morgan Home Health. They worked him hard and motivated him to get back to the best he could be. I highly recommend using them for yourself or loved ones.

THIS IS WORST HOME HEALTH COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN. WAS TOLD THE NURSE WOULD BE OUT WITH IN 24 HOURS OF DISCHARGE FROM THE HOSPITAL- DISCHARGE WAS ON A SATURDAY (ACCORDING TO SOCIAL WORKER THAT WOULD NOT MATTER STILL A NURSE WOULD BE OUT WITH IN 24 HOURS OF DISCHARGE FOR INTAKE) THE HH NURSE CALLED MONDAY AFTER 5PM AND SAID SHE WAS SORRY THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE ON TUESDAY. WENT HOME WITH IV ANTIBIOTICS- NEEDLESS TO SAY NO IV ANTIBIOTICS WAS HAD UNTIL WEDNESDAY- SAID PATIENT WAS ON ALMOST SEPTIC WHEN ARRIVED AT HOSPITAL ONE WEEK PRIOR. IT WAS ALWAYS SOMETHING THE 3 WEEKS THEY DID COME OUT. ONCE THEY FOUND OUT SAID PATIENT RETURNED TO WORK- THEY DISCONTINUED HOME HEALTH SAID THEY CAN NOT COME OUT IF PATIENT IS WORKING- PATIENT DID BEFORE WHEN PATIENT HAD HOME HEALTH AND IT WAS NEVER AN ISSUE. THE ONLY REASON HOME HEALTH WAS COMING OUT WAS FOR IV ANTIBIOTICS- NO WOUND CARE, I DO BELIEVE THEY THOUGHT THEY WOULD GET ORDERS FOR WOUND CARE BUT THAT WAS A BIG FAT NO!! DOCTOR DID NOT WANT THEM DOING ANYTHINGH TO SAID PATIENTS WOUND. PATEINT TOOK OFF WORK TO MEET THEM AT HOME AT 3:30 THEY CALL AT 2:50 TO SAY THEY WOULD DO A DISCHARGE FROM OFFICE AND IV ANTIBIOTIC PHARMACY WOULD SEND THEIR NURSE OUT. GREAT ONE WOULD THINK THAT THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPEN PRIOR TO NOW SEEING HOW THAT IS THE ONLY REASON HOME HEALTH WAS COMING TO SAID PATIENS HOME TO BEGIN WITH. I GUESS DMH IS SO MONEY HUNGRY THAT THEY DO WHAT EVER THEY CAN TO GET IT. WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. THE NURSE THAT DID COME OUT HAD A LOOK ON HER FACE AS THOUGH SHE IS BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE , ESPEACIALLY THE PATIENT THAT SHE IS THERE TO CARE FOR.

IF SUGGEST TO YOU OR LOVED ONE TO USE DECATUR MORGAN HOME HEALTH TURN THEM DOWN AND RUN!! YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF!!!

Honestly, my Father's face was severly burned, the dabbed it with the gauze I bought, with water from my kitchen faucet! I'm sorry, this is insurance fraud! They have done nothing to help with his injuries. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

When the patient has to explain how their wound is supposed to be cared for numerous times to the nurse and it still doesn't get done correctly something is wrong with that picture. The office goes in and changes the supplies orders without even seeing the size of the wound. Something is wrong with that picture also. I've used this agency numerous times without any problems before but I will not use them ever again.
