Decatur Med-Surg Clinic has received mixed reviews. Some recent visitors noted improvements in outpatient procedures and praised the helpfulness of the staff, particularly the Nurse Practitioner. However, long-time patients expressed frustration over long wait times and a lack of staff. Despite these concerns, the care provided by the medical team has been appreciated by many.
We have went multiple times to have my husband’s blood drawn and it is so fast getting in and out of there, but best yet is the masterful nurse LaToya who is as fast as lightning finding the vain, and as kind and gentle as a dove. We are so thankful to the Lord for finding this place.
Thank you to Dale, Doris, Jessica, Jennifer, April & Ashley at Med-Surg of Decatur Alabama. Professionals who know what they are doing & are very friendly. They were informative with providing patients with next steps in the hand-off process. Their confidence & kindness made me feel confident & more at ease. The professionals at Med-Surg CARE! Here for routine procedure. The bathroom in the waiting room smells like an outhouse and has not been cleaned properly in probably a month or longer. Looks like a gas station bathroom. If the bathroom is allowed to be that way, what about the rest of the facilities. Do better. I tried to contact via email but this is really the only way unfortunately
