I was not a fan of how the staff felt the need to comment on my son having a binky and took it out of his mouth. Other than this, they were very polite and helpful! Dr. Coggin helped me understand exactly what is wrong with my eyes. I also did not feel any pressure picking out my lenses which was nice because in the past at other places I would panic pick. I would definitely recommend Decatur family eye care!
The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. I love the newer technology whereby your eyes don’t have to be dilated. Dr Davis is not only so nice but also so smart. I highly recommend this office entirely.Also Dr Davis will listen to you and never acts like he is in a hurry to go on to the next patient. I would give 6 gold stars if that was possible.
Excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. Alsi suggest buying the add-on insurance when you get your glasses. We've had a couple of problems (due to our clumsiness, not the quality of the product), and they have taken such good care of us.
