The whole experience from making an appointment on the phone, to the exam, and getting glasses and contacts was very positive. My exam was very thorough and questions were answered. WOW! I don’t even know where to begin. My daughter ( and soon to be me as well) are seen here. From the second you walk in you are greeted by the kindest staff! After a short wait ( about long enough to fix a complimentary cup of coffee) a technician takes you back to a room to begin your exam. Now this is where my amazement comes in! My daughter who is 4 and has a speech delay has always struggled with her vision. A lot of the problem was she couldn’t communicate what she could and could not see and would easily be frustrated. This NEVER happened with the staff here! They were all so patient with her! This was the first time she ever had a good evaluation that could really pin point her problem areas! Today we picked up her glasses and the whole office including the amazing doctor Coggin came out to see her and cheer her on in her new adventure with glasses! I know this post is long but I truly could continue. Amazing staff, amazing service, amazing experience!
First time patient of them today and I am blown away at how nice and caring everyone is. I didn’t feel rushed or feel like I’m bothering the staff by coming in. Everyone took care of me and explained things amazingly. Also really clean place!!
