While waiting, I spent time in the lobby area, which opens directly into the larger showroom space. The environment is clean, organized, and clearly run by people who take pride in their work. During my visit, I was personally greeted by the owner, Kevin Burgreen, who is one of the most welcoming, genuine, and upbeat people I’ve come across in a long time. He’s hands-on, regularly walking the floor, checking in on customers and staff, and doing so in a positive, encouraging way.
