My son and I had the RO system installed at the kitchen sink and the whole house system several years ago. We couldn't be happier! The service has been great too. The last few years we've had Austin Peay consistently and he really takes an interest in us like a friend. He does great documentation and this time photos! We feel so good about having great water and protecting our homes from hard water. I am not receiving any bonus for this review.
I had an entire upgrade of my water system done recently due to health issues. Loved working with Brandon, who demonstrated and sold the system, as well as the workers who installed (names?). The water is now soft and and I know it's safe.
We have had our system for several years. Works great. No problems. The hardest part about the system is adding a bag of salt every 3 months. 😀. Austin the lead service tech has serviced our system. He is very thorough and explains everything he is doing and will answer any questions you may have. If you are thinking about a water system, I highly recommend Aqua Systems of AL.
