My dryer timer knob stripped out after only 2 years! Everyone at Scott's Appliance worked very quickly to diagnose the issue, order the new part and get it installed. Jeremy is very professional and courteous- and patient with your nosey pet. Will use Scott's again if the need arises and refer others. Thanks!

They came out to fix our Frigidaire refrigerator. The error code indicated that a sensor had gone bad. They showed up on time, let us know that it could be the sensor or the motherboard. There is no way to tell until you try to replace the sensor. We chose to try the sensor replacement because it was cheaper. Of course, it was the motherboard. They ordered that part and came out to install it at no additional charge (other than the part). Again, showed up on time, were clean, courteous, and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

Best in town, got an appliance that shut down call Scotts, they are like a broken xbox they don't play no games, they get your broken samsung and turn in into a mean green washing machine.
