From Hope and Kevin in the front to everyone who helps you in the warehouse in the back, this business has friendly and helpful people who work here. I am so glad I decided to go here several months ago to buy some material no other business in the area had or seemed to care to order for me. Since my first experience, I no longer look elsewhere for help when it comes to purchasing stuff I need to repair my home. Well run business!

I have used Ford Lumber for all of our home improvement and renovation needs on several houses over the last few years.The manager there Ridge has been outstanding. He gave me his cell and handled everything personally and then followed up on each project. Just outstanding customer service.This one is an easy 5 ⭐️ Review only because I can’t do a 10 ⭐️

The personnel at Ford Lumber and Millwork Co. made our purchase and installation a pleasant event. From the sales agent Hope who was very informative on choosing the correct exterior door to Calvin and Victor ( subcontractors for Ford Lumber ) who installed the prehung exterior door in our garage.
