From the sales person to the installation the experience was great. The sales person was very upfront and respectful not a pushing at all to get the sale. The installation was done very well and the quality, per someone I know that was in the business, is very good. It was completed a few months ago and I'm very happy. We love our new Impact Resistant EcoView Simonton Stormbreaker Plus windows. They are beautiful. Window quality is superior. Due to unusual and extenuating circumstances (supply chain, ordering hiccups) it took from placing the order in December 2022 to August 2023 to complete the 11 window project. Initial installation issues notwithstanding, final installation work performed by Mike was exceptional, and exceeded expectations.
